Booking
Sending a message does not automatically confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed in writing after Leo and the client agree the date, time, address, total price, any travel supplement and payment method.
Prices and areas
The per-visit travel supplement is: €0 for Careggi, Rifredi, Dalmazia, Statuto, Novoli and Le Cure; €5 for the city centre and the rest of Florence municipality, Sesto Fiorentino and Calenzano; €10 for Prato city, Campi Bisenzio and Scandicci. Other locations are quoted on request. Availability and the total price are confirmed before booking.
Health and safety
The service is general physical activity and is not diagnosis, therapy, physiotherapy or medical advice. Mention pain, injuries, limitations or relevant conditions before the session. Where appropriate, seek clearance or advice from a doctor or physiotherapist.
Payments
- The trial and single session are payable by the agreed method no later than the start of the appointment.
- The 8-session package is paid before the first session, is personal and must be used within 60 days of the first session unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The total price, including any travel supplement, is disclosed before confirmation.
Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- With less than 24 hours' notice, or for a no-show, the session is payable or deducted from the package.
- Documented emergencies may be considered case by case.
- If you arrive late, the session ends at its scheduled time. If Leo is late or cancels, the time is recovered or the session is rescheduled or refunded.
Right of withdrawal
These commercial rules do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to distance or off-premises contracts where required by law. If you ask for the service to begin during an applicable withdrawal period, express confirmation may be requested and amounts for services already supplied remain payable where the law provides.
